In order to sharpen our skills, we have started a collaboration with Maja Lübbers Halborg and Thomas Kjær from Salesculture. They have guided us through interview techniques and positive psychology to lift our customer service to new heights. 💯

In the last few months, we have refined our communication to make each conversation more valuable and the understanding of the individual end user deeper. It is about creating dialogues that lead to even better support and advice.

It is also a journey inward, where we learn more about ourselves and the best way to cooperate with others.

This week we finish the education with a written assignment and exam! 🎓
