We use an external lead generation system that recognizes visiting companies on our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, the service places first-party cookies to create transparency about how our visitors use our website, and processes domains from provided form inputs to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve the service. The service provider is established in the EU/EEA. You can opt out of this registration at any time by contacting us, after which your data will no longer be registered by the service.

We use an AI-based tool to automatically transcribe certain meetings and telephone conversations. The tool converts speech to text in real time. No audio recordings are stored - only the generated text notes. The personal data processed typically includes: name, job title, company, and the content of what is said during the meeting or conversation. The purpose is to ensure accurate documentation of agreements, support inquiries and decisions so that we can provide the best possible service. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in effective documentation (GDPR Art. 6, para. 1, letter f). The transcriptions are processed by our data processor in Germany, which uses sub-processors in the EU for hosting and AI processing. The information is not disclosed to other third parties. Documentation from meetings is stored for up to 12 months. Documentation from customer support is stored for as long as the customer relationship exists. You have the right to object to the processing and the right to request the deletion of transcriptions in which you are a part. This is handled by contacting us directly at the start of a meeting.

We have integrated an online booking tool on this website, provided by an external service provider with servers in Germany. When you book an appointment with us online, the data you enter for this purpose is stored on the service provider's servers. In addition, the service records your IP address, your referring URL and the time of access and can determine that you have made an inquiry with us. This data is used exclusively for the technical provision of the service and is then automatically deleted again. The use of the booking tool is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
