We have received customer feedback a whopping 791 times in 2021. This means that as a thank you, we are donating the same number of trees through TreeSisters: women seeding change!

Our customer feedback NPS score currently stands at 91 out of 100 (or 9.1 out of 10), which we are incredibly proud of. Our customers are great at giving us feedback! In 2021 we received 70% more feedback than in 2020 - and we hope for even more praise and praise next year.

All feedback is continuously shown on a large screen in our welcome lounge, so that both colleagues and customers can see where we are doing well and, not least, where we need to improve. The distribution is delivered through our supplier Relationwise A/S.
