At Supporters, we always strive to be able to do our work even better! That is why customer feedback is an important factor in our everyday life. In 2022, we have so far received a total of 567 feedbacks!
At the time of writing, our Net Promoter Score for customer feedback is 93 out of 100, which we are very proud of.
All feedback is continuously shown on a large screen in our welcome lounge, so that both colleagues and customers can see where we are doing well and, not least, where we need to improve. The distribution is delivered through our supplier Relationwise A/S.
