If you are in doubt as to whether it is necessary, ask yourself the following:

- What is your exit strategy if you change cloud provider or they have data loss?

- Is it possible that a colleague deletes data by mistake and you only discover it later?

- Can other unintended incidents occur with your data (e.g. internal sabotage)?

- Can a license be assigned incorrectly, so that data on the account is automatically deleted?

Det kan også være små ting i hverdagen, der har stor betydning. Vidste du fx at mapper slettet i Outlook ikke kan gendannes? ? Du kan gendanne e-mails fra mapperne i normalt 14 dage, men alle e-mails placeres i din indbakke - og skal sorteres igen... ?

Hvis du vælger en reel ekstern backup, kan alle dine data, en konto eller dine mapper i Outlook gendannes, som de var før. ?
