At the end of the happy 90s, when football dreams were alive with many Danish boys, was Martin Rothoff ready to enter the professional football scene.

Life had other plans, however, and instead of a career on the grass, he found a new path in Silkeborg, where he now lives with his family.

In August 2023, Martin started as Business Developer at Supporters, with a burning desire to not only strengthen our brand in Jutland, but also have a connection to football.

His in-laws have followed Silkeborg IF closely for many years, and now Martin is writing his own chapter.

After a few good conversations with Bjorn Møller Pedersen and Frank Hansen from SIF, we can now announce a partnership.

And this Kr. Ascension Day is something very special. Not only because Martin will sit on the battens when Silkeborg meets AGF in the cup final, but because it marks the start of a new chapter.
