The five most frequent types of security breaches are:

1. Correct information for wrong recipient 46.4%

2. Disclosure 11.8%

3. Incorrect information to correct recipient 9.4%

4. Letter mail lost 9.0%

5. Unsafe transmission 4.4%

Industries (private) that most frequently have security breaches are:

1. Insurance and pension 23.0%

2. Bank 16.3%

3. Education 9.7%

4. Organizations and associations 5.4%

5. Service 5,0 %
