Before the investment in OpenAI, Microsoft had already built simpler AI functions into both Teams and Outlook to, for example, be able to generate auto-replies on the basis of the specific conversation, but we already know that, for example, Teams Premium will soon come with extended functions for writing automatic meeting notes and create follow-up tasks.
