Like many other organisations, we use Microsoft Teams as a single point of communication within the company. Teams is continuously updated and here are, in our opinion, 4 of the best new features in Teams.

1. Show only unread messages:

Previously, this functionality was only reserved for the mobile app, now it is also available on the computer. When there are messages from incoming phone calls and many chat messages, it just makes life much easier. 👍

2. Suggested answers in the chat:

Spend less time writing answers to your colleagues and send one of the answers Teams suggests. Fast response and beyond. 👌

3. Send a short video clip in the chat:

It is now possible to send video messages directly in Teams. 💪That's why you can choose between chat messages, voice messages and now video messages.

It has just been rolled out in Teams. After you've made a recording, you can edit the length of the recording, view the video before sending it, or record again.

4. Send a chat message to yourself.

If you are the type of person who emails yourself to remember an upcoming action, it is now possible in teams. You simply send a message to yourself and that way you can create a reminder. Consider pressing "Pin" so it appears at the top. 👏
