Even our technical manager Jesper Jønsson enjoys the flexible working model. He has arranged the week so that he works from home on Tuesday and Thursday in order to be more with his family at the extremes. In addition, he says that the home working days give extra work peace to work on tasks that require concentration.

At Supporters, we have practiced a hybrid workplace since 2019. Gartner has concluded that the optimal hybrid work model is one where the employees have high flexibility and the managers support the model. The research Gartner has done also shows that a hybrid work model is a lower risk of burnout and stress among employees in the company.
