Our most important task is to create a solid and secure IT platform for our customers. It must run 24/7 without problems and we must help quickly and efficiently if any equipment suddenly fails.

In order to ensure problem-free IT, we use e.g. a 360 degree video software called Roundme. Here we help our customers when we are not onsite. The tool is particularly useful for customers who are located outside the country's borders or ships sailing around the world's oceans.
