For us, it is important that the strategy is both present and motivating, so that we can see ourselves in it. We have just held our annual strategy meeting at Saga Fjord, where we presented the guiding star and focus areas towards 2020.

On Friday we stopped by to congratulate Mogens (left) and Steen (right), who are respectively owner and director.

We do this, among other things, by making a little extra out of it when colleagues have birthdays. 

Today is Denis's birthday

We were inspired by our customer Gehl during a visit to their office in New York.

Their workplaces are 100% fluid and the employees work in separate rooms that suit their mood and work tasks.
