Which 3 words describe your 2021❓ Our year has been exciting, new and educational...

- Exciting, because the foundation for our vision to provide Denmark's best IT support has been strengthened more than any other previous year. We have worked hard throughout the year to make the daily service even more personal, without compromising on our ambition to grow and spread problem-free IT to many more people in the future. 🔥

- New, because we have made organizational changes and had to find ourselves in new dedicated customer teams that give both customers and colleagues more presence and flexibility in everyday life. 🤝

- Instructive, because with renewed insight into the future needs of our target group, we can improve our IT fixed price agreement and lay the stepping stones for the journey forward to 2025. 😋

As you can sense, we are looking forward to welcoming 2022! To give a brief peek behind the scenes at 2022, we can mention a number of new initiatives that are underway:

- Faster onboarding and offboarding of employees through automation

- Greater insight into your IT platform with an online CIO dashboard

- Improved quality via more than 1000 measurement points in our own control

- Strengthened compliance with the implementation of ISO 27001

The year 2022 will also largely be a year with a focus on security. We have always had a high baseline, but now new measures are necessary going forward. More on that later. 🤓

We start the new year at full speed and therefore welcome employee no. 26 and 27. We are really looking forward to welcoming Christian Grøntved as IT consultant and Rasmus D. Jensen as sales director. Both pull on their work clothes on 3 January and, together with the rest of the team, will play an important role in creating happy customers and supporting our future growth. 💪
