Our employees can decide for themselves whether they want to work with customers, in the office or from home. This applies Monday-Thursday and on Fridays we prioritize working in the office and thus socializing, internal meetings and breakfast and lunch together.

Many have become happy with their home workplace and they have continuously been upgraded to the same standard or perhaps even a higher standard than the actual workplace in the office.
